Below is an outline of the procedures which with customer co-operation (such as staff washing their own crockery) has enabled us to provide an enhanced service for the well-being of our customers, without the need
for any immediate price-increases.

For our customer premises: We have a range and plentiful supply of antiviral cleaning and disinfecting solutions to maintain your premises “COVID clean”.
For our operatives: We have a full supply of PPE: gloves, masks, visors and hand sanitisers for cleaning operatives, and our supervisors are equipped with infrared forehead thermometers to test operatives.
Personal Hygiene: We have instructed our cleaners to wash their hands upon arrival and use sanitizer gel; to wear disposable rubber gloves and face masks at all times whilst working at a customer site.
They must also carry tissues in case they sneeze (dust can cause a sneeze for example) and to wash hands and use sanitizer gel immediately afterwards.
Common Area Surface Hygiene: To minimise the possibility of transmission of the COVID-19 virus from surfaces to the person, we have instructed our cleaners to pay particular attention to surface hygiene in areas which more than one person has access or touches: i.e washroom and kitchen surfaces, door handles, light switches etc.
We disinfect all of the workstations and place an easy-peel “Workstation disinfected by Cleanforce” sticker on the monitor (*additional charge – see our HTDP services). Then anyone using a workstation removes the sticker – this prompts the cleaner to disinfect that particular desk again, and place a fresh sticker on the PC monitor.
We place “Touch-Point Hazard” stickers on common-area touchpoints – which alert your employees, and our cleaner.
